an award-winning pianist, composer, and musicologist, obtained her Ph.D. degree in music (2000) at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Yugoslavia, and a master degree in piano performance from École Normal de Musique "Alfred Cortot" in Paris.

As a soloist and a chamber musician she performed in the USA, France, Macedonia, and Yugoslavia.

She is a composer for Ray Bradbury's Pandemonium Theatre Company. Her credits include original music for Ray Bradbury's plays The Time of Going Away (2003), The October Country (2003), Drunk and in Charge of a Bicycle (2004), Leonid Andreyev's He Who Gets Slapped (2003), Don Nigro's Necropolis (2003) and others.

Henderson is an author of the book Alex North, Film Composer (McFarland Publishers, 2003) and a Catalog of Macedonia Music Artists.

She has worked as a professor of music history and functional music at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Yugoslavia, a lecturer at various musical symposiums and conferences, and a composer, arranger,

and musical director for theater since 1990 (State Theater in Subotica, Yugoslavia, Theatre West in Hollywood, Court Theatre in West Hollywood, Laurel Grove Theatre in Studio City, Wooden Leg Company in LA).

Henderson lives in Los Angeles since 1994, where she works as a freelance performer, composer, music writer, and teacher.
